Borrowed from Hippopottoman: Go to Wikipedia and look up your birthday (excluding the year). List three events, two births and one death in your journal, including the year.
Three events:
- 1845 – The rubber band is invented
- 1931 – Nevada legalizes gambling.
- 1950 – University of California, Berkeley researchers announce the creation of element 98, which they name “Californium“.
Two births:
- 1919 – Nat King Cole, American singer (d. 1965)
- 1948 – William Gibson, American-born writer
One death:
- 1853 – Christian Doppler, Austrian physician and mathematician (b. 1803)
(Yeah, I didn’t go for the obvious one here)
Previously (a year and a half in the life of a house)
